I come from a Brahmin lineage and was raised amidst the tranquil ambiance of the Himalayas. From a young age, I was introduced to the path of Bhakti yoga in Vedic science and philosophy and spent 15 years studying at an ashram, under the tutelage of Swami Sri 1008 Arunanand Giri ji. During this time, I learned the divine traditional Hatha yoga, following the Guru Shishya tradition, which has played an instrumental role in shaping my identity. I hold a Master's degree in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and developed a keen interest in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, inspired by Guruji Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In my quest to deepen my understanding of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, I plan to study at the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore. Presently, I practice the Intermediate series under the guidance of Mata ji Saraswati Jois ji, and have been blessed and authorized as an Ashtanga teacher by Mata ji. I have taught in India, China, and Hong Kong, focusing on providing spiritual guidance to my students while upholding the teacher-disciple tradition. My ultimate goal is to share my professional knowledge with my students and help them lead a blessed and fulfilling life.
